Need to build HTPC to connect to my living room 46" LED TV.
Basically already have :
SSD and RAM....

Got $400 to spend on the rest of the hardware...

ASrock B75M - ITX + intel Pentium G2120 ~ $184
WD Blue 1tb ~ $81
Thermaltake Smart SE 530W Modular ~ $70 (mynextcom)

Total cost $335. Build at tradepac except PSU.

Casing can get the CM120 elite Advanced black or white @ $87.

Probably burst your budget by a little.

So you might need to open mouth and bargain. Sure to hit your budget range.

don't need gpu right? otherwise can look for those slim itx cases like the In win or jonsbo cases with comes with it's own psu. Those should be fine if you're not putting in a gpu, cheaper as well.

AsRock B75-ITX + i3-3225 = $305
InWin BP655 MiniITX w/psu 200watt = $99

My existing:

128G SSD
2x 4G DDR3



So total $404..


Good to go?

Read that haswell based system will give true 24fps for movies whereas ivb or older cpus can't do 24fps?

Can get casings from online sellers in forums.
smaller footprints too.
and cheaper a tad.
