Can go quite a few places.
Good enough.
瑞穗牧場, etc.
Self driving or intend to book tour?
You can river trace but all depends on water level.
Another place that requires permit is 慕谷慕魚。

I checked on water rifting and other water activity. Seem like they only start in May or July.
Should be taking public transport most of the time unless renting a car will be cheaper.

Thanks for the information on ć…•č°·ć…•éš. Seem like a very nice place to go. will add it to my list.

You can always headout by train.
It's so easy to hop onto the train and travel in Taiwan.
Car rental price increased liao.
Now base price is about 5040NTD.
