What phone should I get Note 10+,mate 20, or iPhone x? What's the difference? Functionality? My contract end march 2020

Around March 2020, Samsung would have the Galaxy S11 series, Apple would have the iPhone Pro series, Huawei would have the Mate 30 series and probably the P40 series already.

Yes. Using note 9 as reference, I paid $880 for it in Nov 2018 on Qoo10 using coupons, so expect the note 10+ to be roughly in the $1000 price range.
