Although now no more hudc, at one pt Singapore had multiple patterns.
If hudc was Hdb targeted at middle class but privatized later, how different is Ec vs hudc? Both Hdb rules with gated compound and Hdb grants ? Ec, Hdb, hudc - 99 years. Though hudc later went totally pte because govt wanted residents to manage their Hdb by themselves.
If so, surely today a couple of Hdb blocks in a zone can also go "pte" themselves like hudc in the past. It is also said Ec is a pte-public hybrid. Wasn't hudc before going fully pte also pte-public hybrid?
Then Dbss is design (not of standard Hdb template), build and then sell in response to demand (which is actually orders). Then built to order is not Dbss?
