HWz webpage behaving weirdly.

Seems no matter what tab I click, it loads, can see the loading on the tab, but the page doesnt change, need to refresh to see the page, its not automatic. Even posting, click submit, it loads, still here, need to refresh to see the post.

Screen shot still same page lea.

Click whatever link here, it loads, then finish loading, still same page, refresh, now i can see the page i clicked.

Like this reply, clicked submit, it loads, then stops, need to click refresh to see what i posted.
