Given the choice, most if not all would move out if they can afford condo payments.
Eg; 4k monthly condo payment versus income of 20k against 4k monthly condo payment against 6k salary (people in the latter group confirm rent out)

Then should not be too critical of our parents.
Who allowed us to leech on them.
