1 side batt flat, cannot charge up
most likely battery deplicted and did not charge immediately.

someone mentioned that if you put in left ear bud to charging case first , one side would not charge properly.

the correct sequence is right then left.

try it.

but if the battery is already in zero state for a few weeks, it is gone forever.

dont think it is refurbished, it might be more expensive to repair it.

if it works, dont complain. most important thing is the sound quality.

Hey all,
I recently bought the Aurvana Ace 2 and I found the audio quality pretty strange. It works well if I play locally stored music (Purchased songs) using my itunes/music app on the iPhone 15, however the audio quality feels really muted/watered down, muffled and soft... just not enjoyable through Spotify (which is the main app I use for listening to music).

I am wondering if anyone has similar issues? or does anyone know how to possibly fix this issue? I've got half a mind to delete and install the app.

I do hope that someone can advise me what to do. thanks! :)

Is this better or the ace sxfi? This one no sg60 promo

I don’t like the vacuum sound / feel Ling , feel it’s dangerous when I use it while walking etc

Ace Mimi is the best currently as it supports SXFI and Mimi sound personalization too.
