You mean they autoconvert the prepaid into star plan postpaid?cannot portover, i have a starhub prepaid, i asked the staff was told my number is now a postpaid number, other telcos told me they only accept postpaid to postpaid...unless anyone know of a way i can port over postpaid to prepaid.
Feels terrible since i spend some money to extend validity in the past, even losing money when accidentally on data then now this happens, but at least i think i dont have any services registered to it, now just watching the app waiting for it to tell me when my number is gone for good.

.Weird cos other people report star plan got prepaid and postpaid version. By right shouldn't change the status. Complain to IMDA? Luckily when they announce they want to convert all prepaid to star plan I ported out immediatelyyes, you are absolutely correct, when i wanted to extend validity and i checked my prepaid app cannot work, i asked the cso on whatsapp they told me it was converted to star plan, have to download the postpaid starhub app and inside the app i saw i was given 1 month data for free, but i already have data so the whole month all wasted anyway.
