Insurance salesmen are self-employed. There's no such thing as "company provided". They have to pay for everything themselves. Even the "free gift" they give you to get you to listen to their pitch, also paid out of their own bank account.

They will be looking to cut costs. Gmail gets the job done, no reason to spend on dedicated email.
