Intel should rename its cpu as sameleh instead of skylake

Seriously AMD Zen better do a good job in forcing Intel their real performance improvement for good.

Well i could be wrong but if lets say now every new gen cpu will bring u 3-5%, if u are upgrading from 3-4 gens behind, wont the performance improvements be 15-20% more?

How accurate the sauce? The comparative CPU used like all over the place leh.
The single core scores are very suspicious. How can 6700K lose/equal to lower clocked haswell/sandy? 3970X sandy single core is not so satki to beat 4Ghz Ivy let alone 4Ghz Skylake...

my 4.4/4.2 Haswell-E CinebenchR15 only 174 niah, how can 3970X already 176?

Otherwise,
6700K is 5% win over 4790K in single thread
10% win in multicore.
Beat Sandybridge 6 cores on multicore, and close to Ivy and Haswell
