Many malls now got huge bottlenecks especially at side entrances restricted by SafeEntry gates. Big long queues can be seen at them during peak hours.

In the case of a fire or some other life threatening emergency, I am sure not all people will be able to escape because the gates restrict human traffic flow significantly even if they are wide open.

For those suay langs who get blocked by the gates and die, how much can their family/relatives sue for?
No money.....
It sinkie fault to be in the mall

The Tampines food court fire. Lucky that time wasn't wrapped up yet. And it happened during off-peak hours.

If not sure have auntie/uncles panic, fall down injured.

Common sense tell us we cannot put block or anything gantry at entrance or exit.

But have to see SCDF and BCA.
