if use ghee for stir fry will it taste funny?

normally moi use canola but ish unhealthy oil...
if use ghee the taste will be different?

also how to gauge how much ghee to use?
cos ghee is solid form vs canola is liquid form....hard to estimate

Best is fry bacon to render out the fat (oil)

Then use that oil to stir fry other things (vegetable)

Use ghee as you would butter. It is great for western style fry ups. Bacon and sausages are really good cooked in ghee, and it makes a mean fried rice.

Caramelized onions in ghee are schweet. Ghee is richer than butter, and because it has the milk solids removed, tolerates higher temps far better.
