Ikea furniture assembly lead time is 3 months!

Today I went to Ikea.
Wanted to buy a cabinet which is large, heavy and difficult to assemble.
The staff said delivery would be in a few days.
Assemble by in house service provider will be in April !

Liddat who would buy the big and difficult to assemble items from them?

Haha same with my ikea kitchen as the staff told me will be schedule to assemble one month later. Lucky for kitchen assembly is done by their outsource company and the person contact me and told me can install for me one week later.

last time i buyed some furniture from shopee

the delivery guy asked me if i got other furntiture want to assemble, he can do it for me
but i never asked him if is free one, or if got charge money
maybe he wanted to hit on me
