If apply a little thinking, one would be able to tell that those job offers (non c-suite) are fake. In the first place, cambodia isn't exactly a bustling economy with high-paying jobs. If anything, China is the far bigger economy and offers better (relatively) pay. As such, common sense dictates that whatever the cambodian side is offering is too good to be true, unless it is murky stuff like drug peddling.
I have seen one mentioned in a chinese forum before, supposedly offered upwards of 100k CNY per annum to be a factory line operator. Yet cambodia median income is like only 1700 usd per annum. Where got so good? If jobs paying like this are plenty there, shouldn't the median be much higher then?
