Indonesia - Cibubur

Like to check anyone has gone to this Cibubur area in Indonesia or this hotel - http://www.swiss-belhotel.com/swiss...-resorts/home_idl=10002_idt=313_id=1602_.html before ?

Can easily book or flap a taxi from the hotel to the Soekarno-Hatta (CGK) airport ?

Swiss-Bel is a decent local chain. Clean and usually conveniently located. I assumed you're there for work since not much family activities available, for foreign tourists at least.

You can get a taxi or hired car or Uber from the airport easily. My recommendation is to use Uber X if you are familiar with it as the charges can be half of normal taxi rates.

Travel time can range between 1-2 hours, depending on your arrival time, date and luck.

It is a very tight day trip , arrive 13.10 Jakarta and taking 20:40 flight back on the same day.

So enough time to go from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport?

clearing the formalities at cgk can be time consuming, and if you can avoid the infamous traffic jam, you can make it.

Take a Bluebird taxi from the CGK. Taking the tollway that circles Jakarta, it should not take over 2 hours.

Crazy tight timing. You have to realized that the airport is at the extreme north part of jakarta while cibubur is at the extreme south. Even going by toll road, you will still encounter traffic jam.

When going back to the airport, better give at least 4 hours (5 safer) allowance because you will be travelling during rush hour and the toll road to airport ALWAYS jam.

Thanks guys for all the given info,the short trip was a good one.

From Airport prebook a silver bird taxi to hotel for R$418,000 single trip,took about one and a half hour to reach hotel.

Spend about one and a half hour at hotel than took a blue bird taxi back to airport by taxi meter,cost about R$219,000 than add 4 toll free of R$9,500 + R$9500 + R$6000 + R$3500,time taken to reach airport also about one and a half hour.

So is lucky that both to and fo not much heavy traffic jam.
