Can the mods kindly explain how my post is considered "Forum Nuisance (Trolling / Troublemaker / Clone Account / Etc.)" such that it garners an infraction + 3 points ? Post in question was in thread on unlicenced motorcyclist doing himself and his gf in.

I recall my post was very short, unspecific and along the lines of "guessed correctly" or such. Not sure how this can logically be considered "Forum nuisance" ? Have the mods seen some of the other replies in that thread and others ?

And what is wrong with expressing my view that before reading the article, I guessed that its not the first time offence for the perpetrator and that this guess was correct since the article said he was already serving a sentence at RTC ?

Let's differentiate between actual words said in the post in question and any biased reading and jumping to conclusion based on what you think I said. Otherwise a full stop or question mark is also going to offend some people if it comes from the "wrong people"

Putting aside the issue of whether or not the gesture was necessary or whether the woman could actually afford the meal, I've noticed that this community is generally more ready to help if they think its a charitable cause.
