I recently got a new custom made pc with my 16 gb corsair vengeance LPX 3200mhz but it seems like whenever I ran games such as BF1, Ghost recon wildlands I got a pop up saying I got to close the game since my computer has insufficient ram. I also notice my computer is only using 2933 mhz for speed so there is something wrong. Screenshots as linked.

Your screenshot no context. When was it taken? Was this when the error popped up? or you already closed the games, hence the available ram? E.g. How many different things/apps/tabs are you running at the same time?

hi.... if u are running multiple games at once... then yes u would face insufficient ram while gaming... its normal as 16gb is simply not enough.

If u are just running a single game, it could be u have TOO MANY browser tabs open

Ur OS is 64 bit? Can it detect all 16GB RAM?

My rig 8GB memory only and I can run GR Wildlands without any issues. So, 16 GB is definitely more than enuf

what video card are you running? Try googling if other users having this no memory issue.

First you need to find out whether its graphic card or system ram which is the issue. Download and install NZXT Cam, enable the in-game overlay in preferences then enable display of system ram and graphic card ram used. Start your game, play a while then tell us what it says (or post a screenshot)

There is no way any game can use more than 16gb system ram so im guessing ur gpu ram is the problem. What is your graphic card?

Try to reseat your Rams and graphics card and try again. If u still have this problem I think it's better to start disabling your start up programs and they might be the culprit in taking up your ram.

Worst is just reinstall Windows.
