paying $88 /month just to get covered for any hospital bills.

Donch swap for accident coverage.. Accident only cover for accident related things n the limit is not that high

If that is the case you can opt for the government coverage instead of up to private hospital. Will be cheaper by maybe 20-30.

worth it? yes it's worth it. but if budget concern like what others have recommended you can downgrade it.

i think you're still not versed enough in insurance if you have the thought of switching h&s to PA plans. it's completely two different thing.
