Hello 🇸🇬 Alder Lake (ADL) owners!

This thread is for you to share and discuss your o/c benchmark.

You can use this SW: BenchMate for benchmarking.

For more info on ADL o/c, you may refer to this:

Hello 🇸🇬 Alder Lake (ADL) owners!

This thread is for you to share and discuss your o/c benchmark.

I'm surprised that this thread created 12 days ago is quite empty. The top posters on the other thread should have already hooted and done some OC.

I suggest changing to a clickbait title to see if it will attract more people.

Support this thread.

I think basically many still waiting for DDR5, it is very challenging at this point of time for alder lake owner as quite similar to 3000 series gpu launch, somehow as many rather wait for DDR5 instead of readily available DDR4.

Hopefully this thread will not go unnoticed as this will be a good thread for future ADL owner reference on system tuning and stability purposes

Come to think of it perhaps wording like Intel 12th gen that easier for people to notice instead code name

honestly it have been almost years without thread with "Intel" header except the other whose waiting thread....in fact there are more Intel user than ryzen user overall.

As in my previous 3000 gpu benchmark thread almost 95% are contribute by ryzen user, all Intel user very quite except a few very promising and established season hardcore experts show up.

Their appearance depends on the weather one bah...

Besides, the community here is tiny, so information is no doubt loose. It's not uncommon to see opinionated/ill-founded info that ends up in contrast with the findings made by global communities and established tech reviewers .

The difference is that these reviewers are constantly under scrutiny; they cannot afford to be narrow and provide inaccurate information 😌.

Also, people are probably doing their own research and seeking other sources to get their info and answers ☺️.

This thread is currently in a graveyard shift.

But once the benchmarks are in, it will be more active?

Last Sat, I saw on PCT FB Kingston Fury Beast 2x16GB DDR5 4800MHz kit was sold @ >S$500?

Like you mentioned previously, the local markup was substantial.

yep the markup is insane. Only reason why me and my friend has ddr5 is because of that newegg sg drop. Pretty sure not many got it though, probably less than 10 owners of samsung ic ram in SG lol.

I got mine from BH photo pre order... XPG 2x16GB DDR5 5200MHz for around USD300 + USD40 (shipping and tax) leh. That works out to be SGD470...

So if local price only slightly above >SGD500... the mark up is not even close to GPU prices
