A more credible approach would have been pay deposit & then COD. Anyway as i said, even different coys in the same unit have different field pack lists so how on earth is he going to know the list of the thousands of coys? And arent those supposed to be classified info anyways? The standard list is not classified & can be found on mindef website but diff units have diff lists & these specific lists are classified.
