Internet Explorer 11 - blurry fonts

installed this and noticed blurry fonts rightaway. googled for more info and it appears that it is a problem without any resolution but wanted to check here if any other's found a way to make the fonts clear and crisp just like in previous version.

don't ask me to use Chrome as that's what I'm using. just wanted to try IE11 since it's been said/promoted to have better performance than any other browsers out there right now.

On Firefox, we can uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available"

On IE, there is a similar setting under Internet Options > Advanced > Accelerated Graphics.

Try checking that and see if it works around the problem temporarily.

Remember to close and restart your IE11 after making the configuration change.

doesnt work. it also doesnt make sense that GPU acceleration is the cause of it since I have that turned on in FF and also in Chrome and both of them do not have these issues.
