I thought in Avengers, Dr Bruce Banner Tony Stark said the human form is inefficient. Why create robots that mimic the human form so closely?
If familiarity and assurance are needed, why not something based on a cute form like bunny or bird?

current machines in factories are built for humans, a humanoid robot in a factory can just work straight away and is flexible for different station
