inward remittance fee

does anyone know which banks in singapore do not levy fee for inward remittance?

i got $60 wired to my uob account only to realise i was short changed by $10.

Citibank Singapore, SBI Singapore, ICBC Singapore, Hong Leong Bank Singapore, and CIMB Singapore are among the banks that do not charge for inward remittances, except for the "spread" embedded in their retail exchange rates if they have to convert the inbound currency.

if u send to china or hk. something use those outside one is better
