Have reset network settings but still the same.

I'm on Singtel network.

i updated to ios7 successful today.
maybe your battery not enough power.
need to have at least 50% power.

I also had the same problem. Update using iTunes worked.

Nothing abt battery .. I updated at 100% OTA also failed. Only worked for me in iTunes

My battery more than 50% and update though iTunes shows already latest version.. Weird. Ha
