iOS 9.3.1 causing issues with SIM card

Just updated to 9.3.1 and I can't unlock my SIM card. It's also intermittently unable to find the network when I reseat my SIM card.

Anyone experiencing the same thing?

Edit: Nevermind... Turned out sim card was faulty.
