Ios11/ IPhone 8+ lag

its A shocker but my iPhone 8+ has been lagging and hanging consistently everyday. Thought it was a new iOS issue that would be resolved like old iOS releases, but it’s 11.1 now and still laggy.

Anyone facing this issue too? Just wondering if it’s my phone that’s the issue

Are you referring to the sudden drop in frame rate? Like if you play Pokémon go, you can see the ball flying out in slow mo and Pokémon capture in slow mo too? If you are referring to that, it was Super common on my iPhone 8 Plus until the 11.1 came out, I didn’t get it ever since.

Like switching between apps , sometimes even in the app itself the screen freezes slightly or there’s a delay between actions. especially WhatsApp.

I mean the 8+ is a new release and should perform way better than this right? All previous models 7,6s 6 etc all lagged just a little initially but they all went away after iOS updates. But this time he 8+ is really laggy and it’s pretty annoying.

Was wondering if anyone else experienced this or is it just that my phone is faulty or something haha

i didnt experience any lag or performance issue in my 8+ so far ....

Yes I am having this same problem on my 7 plus. Tried turning off and on. Sometime it happens, sometimes not.

Yeah ram reset helps a little bit it comes back after awhile. Wonder if it’s an iOS issue or a phone problem
