iPhone 4s new iOS problem

I recently upgraded my ios to 6.1.3

Now i am suffering from the upgrade because my iphone is now a stupid basic phone.

I lost my wifi connection , button permanently off, can't switch on
I lost my bluetooth, when i switch on it is spinning forever
I lost my hotspot, cos bluetooth is off

And at times my sms hang and my dropbox hangs.

I google and tried to downgrade ios by jailbreaking but was told i cannot downgrade becos i didnt save the earlier ios Shsb bobs

Can anyone out there tell me where can i get this fix???

Or i will change to Samsung android , this is frustrating..

is your iPhone still under AppleCare? You can simply bring it down for an exchange.
If not try Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.

The upgrading of firmware might not necessary be the reason of what had happen to your 4S, but it's always an easier method to troubleshoot by doing restore.

Try doing a DFU restore 1st to determine if it is really the firmware that causes this.

If it is still the same, it is likely a hardware issue then, claim warranty if still valid.

FYI, wifi "grey out" is quite common on the 4S and I've personally experience it twice and it is a hardware issue.

As for iPhone5, wifi wouldn't necessary "grey out" but might not connect even if network present but once connected, the speed will be super slow.. had experience this once and also a hardware issue.

I never had any issues with wifi greying out with any iOS installed on my 4S, even now on 6.1.3.

Sorry to ask. Before u spent the time posting here, did you even do a reset all settings?
