Anyone know what the problem and how to solve it? I need an answer asap...

something wrong with the 2.5mm jack as in it thinks its still in earphone mode?
Try plugging in/out your earohine jack a few times

unplug the ear piece and have any songs play back, if still no sound means your phone's speaker gone liao, last time i had some water spilled and it entered the speaker and similar issues. had it replaced at about $80 if i remembered correctly.
