iPhone 5 repair

Hi my iPhone 5 battery seems to be bloated thus causing the lcd screen to be jutting out.

However, the phone seems to be working fine.

Do I have to replace the battery and LCD screen? How much will it costs to replace? Is it worth replacing?

I just want to hint you that Apple may replace the entire iPhone 5 at no cost as it's under our quality program

But if your iPhone is eligible for the quality program, however unit is more than 3 years old, please PM me. I will advise you further.

its v cheap. I think my phone problem is bloated battery. Replaced for 12
Bucks in 30mins.
