Iphone 5c from America

Hi guys I understand that the 5c can be purchased from America around s$700 and thus I am suspecting some of the forum era here are selling units imported from America at $7xx.
I am interested in getting on of those from fellow former, just wondering if the American units will be the same as the Singapore ones other than the charger pin being different?
Are the LTE antenna bands are exactly the same and warranty covered by QCD?
