Iphone 5S multitasking

Hi, wondering how could turn off all the running apps on my iphone 5S from the multitasking.
I used to double press my old iphone 5's home button and press & hold till I see the x sign which I start to clear off all the running apps.
Unfortunately the new iphone 5S didn't work the same way, can you guys share some tips here. Thanks and appreciated.

This time it's swipe up the multitasking windows to close, one action. Unfortunately you can't close all at once still.

There is a slight improvement, you can close more than one at at time with multitouch, but agree there should be a way to close all together.
