iPhone 5S screen loose/bulging

So my iphone 5s has this problem. Its like what this guy described.

The top right corner is bulging out. I can push it down, but it just pops back up when I let go.
The phone is out of 1 year warranty since June 2014. If I go to Authorized Apple service center, would they give me a replacement?
Definitely will. Just pay $$ money lo.
