iPhone 5s touchscreen crack

Hi guys,

My gf touchscreen cracked, and sent for repair.

Didn't expect the mobile store seller replace the touchscreen, and now the PIN changes from 4 number to 6 number and the fingerprint don't work.

She didn't checked on collection. Damn idiotic seller.

Does anyone has such problem before? What could be the problem?

The dinger print cannot be reset by 3rd party

So the fingerprint need to be reset by apple? Wonder will apple charge for this reset?

I find apple users stupid and dont understand about their own phones, and easily cheated by others

You cannot just change pin without knowing the original pin. Is that phone that you get back really yours?

If that phone is the same one if you connect to itunes on your gf computer it will let u know.

Also you shouldnt have changed the broken touchscreen and just buy another phone because iphone 5s gets laggy after a few years
