Whats your usage patterns like?
Heavy gaming etc?
I believe this pattern is accurate for graphic intensive games.

I'm on a 6 and draining about 20%/hour when playing COC.

From my experience, it's actually relatively easy to get an exchange from Commcenter. Find some other problems such as dead pixel/yellowish screen tint if you really wanna get an exchange.

To be very frank , I don't play games at all.
What I do most is on whatsapp as I was chatting away with my friend.
That takes up like 41% .... Safari 10%

Sigh

This one really tak boleh to help. I tried to do the same thing with my 5s before. They just plug in your phone to their computer and run the diagnostic. If diagnostic say pass = pass.. Cannot bomb excuses like before already. :vijayadmin:

Argh I'm really sad now :( have you tried calling Apple care bcos of this ?
I might just monitor for another few days since they just did a factory reset.

No use calling Apple also. Apple was the one who implemented this system as before that, everyone was just going in claiming that their battery is faulty and requesting to exchange before selling that exchanged unit for. You see how it goes first lo, if really cannot then request to speak to a senior officer. :) They may do something for you:)

Sorry to bring this thread up again .. Tried to get a replacement set from Singtel due to battery drainage but they denied . Saying that my battery life is good , no need to change ..
And some others issues like apps hang or what ..

They only factory reset it and updated to the latest iOS 8.1.1 since I can't received the update

But my iPhone 6 plus batt life is really bad ..
With usage at 3h 26 mins
And standby 3h 37 mins
This is from 100% to 57% - note : using wifi all the way through. 4G is off throughout this period .
And The most I can only last for 7h plus from 100% to 0%

Any bros can advise wat I shld do ?

7 hours not bad already.. Did u expect 12 hours?

With this kind of usage on my 5S, within 3 hours it would be flat already. On the 6+, this is kind of godsent.

Nowadays for battery, they will run a diagnostics test and show you the results. They did that for a ip5 of mine, but as the home button was faulty, they still changed a new one.

They cited applications and data 'unclean', advised me to re-setup as a NEW iphone (wtf... my data HOW??).

I agree this is bad. When I first get the phone, I got 10 to 12 hours. Recently after upgrading to 8.1.1, I was only getting 7 hours plus. Can see percentage dropping as I use.

I did a reset all settings and viola. Now I am getting 10-11 hours. Back to normal. Give it a try. May work for you too. 😊

Try restore your phone and set up as new phone. Charge to 100% and leave it overnight and DO NOT install any apps yet. Wake up next morning and see your battery usage. If it's 100% means your phone is okay, you need to modify your usage pattern and trim your apps. Some apps are battery hungry
