So yesterday i just picked up a brand new 64gb iphone6+ from starhub at plaza sing, after checking and all, brought it home. The moment i brought it home, i opened it and was greeted by grey/white stripes across my screen. Force restarted it and it went to black screen, tried DFU restore and everything, iTunes recognises phone but theres no display on my screen. I restore and my iTunes is able to show me my phone battery percentage and stats, but i am unable to turn on my screen. I'm thinking its a screen/lcd failure but it was brand new out of the box, anyone has any idea if I'm able to get a new set from Starhub or the only option i have is a 1 to 1 exchange? :(:(
