iphone 6 iCloud set up

Hi,

I just switch over from android to ip6. I was trying to set up my phone just now. And halfway, there is a option to use icloud or not to use. Should I use it or not?

if i use it, does it mean that i cannot use my itune to back up or etc??? kindly advise thanks!
