iPhone 6 plus call volume

hi all

I have 1x iPhone 6 plus, mid November batch (i presume 2nd batch?)

Noticed that despite increasing the voice call volume to the maximum, the other party's voice is still not audible enough, hence need to "press" the phone closer to the ear.... is there anyone facing this problem too?

did you remove the original screen protector?
also, align the receiver with your ear. most people i know are not used to the size and doesn't do this.
