iPhone 6s screen replacement - screw stuck

Hello all,

I am trying to replace my iPhone 6s screen but the bottom left hand screw is stucked despite using the 000 screw.

I tried with different screwdriver but it still does not work. Anyone got any idea?

Else i need to attempt with another 000 screwdriver.... argh so infurirating!!
