Iphone 7 jetblack stain

Hi I have been using i7 jb for few months and realising there are many tiny stain on the jb surface and there are not removable by using normal detergent.
i did try toothpaste and not working for removing stain.
Anyone has same problem? I have using soft type phone casing

My matt black also have quite a few dots of stain at the back, not like scratches but like a bit whiter.

Used with case since day 1.
