Hi Folks,

Before i get started now, i had already ultimately restored to clean OS and issue persisted.

I take my SIM out to put on an old iPhone 6 Plus, it's not the issue with the SIM.

During voice call, if i call any Call Centers (ie. Singtel, Singapore Air..etc) they would not be able to hear me, loudspeaker or headphones or receiver.

It's alright on other calls i make or receive to/from my contacts, which is weird? :

:s11::s11::s11:

I want to know if anyone is with me on this one.

Glad to know i am not alone on this one (at least)

Also tried with my dad's IP7+, same issue. We're both on Singtel.

Omg... this iPhone 7 seems to more and more issue. It is making very nervous already.
My previous iPhone 6S+ to kena distortion on the receiver while making voice calls, but no issue when connect via ear piece, Bluetooth head sets and speaker phone.

Best of all, their service agent QCD claim that this distortion is normal complaint from users whom when for replacement. Yet Apple does noting to improve the situation.:mad:

I am on iPhone 7, encounter the same issue too when calling the call centres. Issue seems to have gone away when voice over 4G is disabled.

Thanks for all inputs here.

I haven't tried on 10.0.3 (was on 10.0.2)

So i guess we can wait for 10.1 official or beta, or turn off Voice over 4G to fix this based on the replies.

Having the same issue here calling call centre. They can't hear me.
This iPhone 7 is a step back not forward. Shouldn't have upgraded.

Same here, experienced it almost 100% when calling HSBC hotline, very frustrating when you've waited for 30mins or more only to have this happening.

Am on SingTel, using iphone 7+ black
