battery health percentage is 82% you mean?
My battery health is normal
Maximum capacity is 82%

but I fix my battery charge limit at 80%

when I sell my phone in future, I need to increase my battery capacity, does that mean if I increase my battery charge limit to 10%, my battery health percentage can increase beyond 80%?

Noted that your battery health is normal, but if the maximum capacity is 82%, it means that even if you charge your phone to 100%, it only contains 82% of it's original charge.

which explains why your battery drains so fast because.

increasing the charge limit does not increase the maximum battery capacity,

the maximum battery capacity starts with 100% when new. but over time with usage, it will decrease, i.e., it doesn't hold as much charge as before.

when you reduce the charge limit, the function is to help protect your battery from overcharging. because prolong charging will reduce max capacity.

when you sell your phone in future, doesn't matter how you change the charge limit then it doesn't matter.

but you can help to prolong your max capacity now by capping the charge.
