If an Apple product is bought from Shoppee and has cosmetic defects like scratches upon unboxing, can it be returned thru Shoppee?
for apple products bought on shopee, you can return, but it will be rejected and sent back to you once it is found to be unsealed.

You guys talk like buying from Shopee Lazada sounds like don’t have warranty

my iPhone 17 and iPad Air also bought from Lazada.

MFG defect can bring back Apple physical store for warranty.

such as iPhone Duo you guys can adding AppleCare later within 60 days.
Anything issue just bring back Apple warranty nothing deal with Shopee/lazada.

If you unbox an iPhone or iPad from Shopee/Lazada with a scratch on the frame and bring to Apple Physical store, they’re going to ask you to live with it

If you buy from Apple direct, you can exchange/refund within 14 days with no questions asked

That’s the advantage many are referring to

Any physical issue does not cover 14 days 1 to 1 exchange from apple itself. You have to deal with shopee/lazada for them to honor you the exchange. Any iphones you buy from shopee/lazada enable you to buy apple care too.

They just keep refreshing and update the rebel base on user feedback.
Not bad la, at least it saves my 17pm when it dived to the carpark floor from shoulder height haha

I'm not complaining about Apple products, I'm just saying SPX courier just leave expensive item outside the door and walked away and whether is it safe to buy from Shopee.
Must click on Do No Leave At Doorstep

Otherwise they will push back say u Authorised to Leave, if the thing get stolen…

if buy from Apple directly, they send via DHL or something I can’t remember already

Purchase amount hit $200 value only doorstep delivery. Certain orders with in person delivery by right not suppose to leave it at doorstep.
Because maybe buy from Shopee

if from Apple itself, they sent via DHL at least for me when I bought a few years ago
