I wanted to create this thread to increase awareness because of the advent of the HealthKit app. Has HealthKit somehow elicit your interest in your own health stats?
Like, yesterday - I've tried to add heart rate data to the HealthKit via the "heart rate" app (although i had this app before, i never really bothered to use it until now)
I also used the lark app, and it almost knew my sleeping pattern (not that accurate, but interesting nonetheless)
Here's a screenshot.
[i jogged yesterday, that's why the heart rate is as such.]
---
So, Anyone care to share their experiences on their own HealthKit usage?
I was almost so into the idea of getting those weighing scale to measure my weight, etc.
[Don't annoy me/us that these existed before, because we all know that. What i'm interested is - did HealthKit make you more aware of your health now and how?]
