Hi all,
If my father is traveling overseas, and he don’t want the iPhone to accidentally access internet/data and incur unnecessary charges.

Under iPhone cellular data settings.
Cellular data options- roaming off.

in this way, if he accidentally opens Facebook or WhatsApp, he still won’t be charge with data, is it correct?

Yes turn off roaming.

for singtel remember to disable roam from their app as well to prevent readyroam activating. not sure about other telco
