yeah! i intend to use the singtel app to make the appt. However there are stocks at CWP shown in the website. However when i try to make an appt, it shows that it is still OOS.

Sometimes website not updated. You try the app, last year my 7 Plus also used the app to book appointment. If the phone have no stock, it will not allow you to select at all.
