Mobile City in Sim Lim square (05-65) charged me 70 S$ for screen replacement for my XS Max replacement. This was in July, so prices might be lower now.

They quoted 150 for front glass back then, but I had a small scratch only, so I avoided that.

Should still work if they know what they are doing. Can read ifixit for more info

Ah missed one important detail. 70$ was for back-glass. They quoted 150$ for front glass, and I believe it was for without OLED panel replacement. I think it's 200+ if they have to replace panel also, but I didn't ask. I was asking to replace glass as I had a prominent scratch. I decided against it.
