Just bought a iPhone XS Max for a month ish now and experiencing some vibration issues , anybody experiencing that ? Any suggestion what to do

Have you tried turning it on and off again?
Also is your software the latest one?

Settings -> General -> Software Update

Yes I just updated few days ago it’s 12.1 now , so is it my hardware problem ?

This is normal as this is a feature that the phone recognize that you are looking at it so it stop the vibration and sound.

Yeap When I’m using it there is no vibration too , even when I lock the phone it’s still the same

But the thing is my phone doesn’t vibrate at all even when I’m not looking at it , and even if it vibrates it is only one buzz and it stops

Check are u in do not disturb mode.
If you are not then I would suggest u go back to Apple if even u not looking at your phone there is only one buzz

Settings -> Notifications -> Messages -> Sounds -> Vibration

Check that you didn't accidentally created your own custom vibration.

if not, restart. try again. the phone is still new, book an appointment with Apple.
