Can tl;dr?

Cause when certain things challenges the status quo / conventional wisdom, might be seen as conspiracy.

the video say....the floss string nowadays always have pfa which is no good for our body...so need to avoid. then she mentioned 1 thing very helpful is the xylitol. decay is cause by bacteria...so must first control the bacteria by using xylitol.

flossing won't stop the decay issue....thee dentist in this video say she only floss like 20-30 in her lifetime so far...

she keep mentioning xylitol is the key to preventing decay bacteria..

These are two different things right.

notwithstanding that, yes sometimes there’s a need to challenge status quo, cannot be just because the norm is to do certain things so should just do it.

But what’s the harm of flossing so long you get the wrong floss that might not have the ingredient that might be a problem?

Try using electric brush maybe? I used to have issues too, but after switching (and flossing from time to time using a thinner thread so it's easier to go in between teeth), my teeth condition is now better.

Flossing is to remove particles stuck between teeth that toothbrush and toothpicks can't reach.
Don't go zig zag zig zag machiam polishing your teeth can liao

I have gum recession due to periodontal disease and also 1 cavity on the side of my no.7 teeth and also the cavity stained my no.8 on the side.

My dentist at Kranji tell me I cannot reverse cavity and also the periodontal disease.

I’m currently trying out her complete mouth healthcare system and it’s currently day 20.

I’m noticing my teeth feels cleaner for sure but I’m not sure if I’m seeing things correctly but the stained on my no.8 teeth which was caused by no.7 cavity seems to be smaller however as for the gum recession don’t really see anything as of now

I also saw a lady on Joe Rogan talked about her experience with xylitol when she was pregnant and she said that it removed all her cavities after a year of chewing xylitol gum

its strange because I’ve never heard of Xylitol mentioned by Dentist at all anywhere in Singapore. Throughout any dental visits during primary school mandatory check up till now (I’m 24 this yr) even though Xylitol has been around since 1970s and it inhibits bad bacterial from growing in your mouth and increases saliva flow no one dentist talks about this
The only advice I always hear is to brush or floss more
