Since they got sell aircon and installation service also, go gain city can settle a BTO stuff there?

In terms of appliances, are they competitive as compared to Best Denki, Harvey Norman and Courts?

got my tv from courts lei

i told him cheapest price from gain city, he counter offer 5% off

then i told him if i get 2 sets? he gave me $150 ntuc vouchers

if i get 3? he offer me free bracket plus installation (3 different location, cos i get 1 for my mum and 1 for in law)

i only need 2 bracket, so get 1 free digital antenna instead

overall good deal lei

based on my experience, it's the sales person, how hard he wanna close the deal
never the store

Their bundle deals for BTO group buy is quite okay.

I got the following for about 7K:
- Samsung side by side refrigerator (600L), washing machine, heat pump dryer
- Ariston induction hob, hood and conventional oven
- Electrolux dishwasher

Online and after those platform discounts, prices are better than those brick and mortar shops for me. Even for bathroom and kitchen items such as taps, sinks, showers heads, etc. too, online is cheaper. Can also try to ask the shop to match price.

Air con for my first house was from GC. The workmanship was quite unsatisfactory. It depends on your installers. The thing is GC is so big and they have so many installers. Also add-on $ and opt for better piping and insulation. The basic one isn’t good enough for our weather. Installer workmanship is very important. Poor workmanship can lead to all the common AC issues like water leaking, pipe choke, gas leak, condensation, etc

Can also try to find smaller AC installers with good reputation. At least u know who your installers are.
