Is is possible to Play music (ATV airplay) without turn on the TV?

I tried following setup

ATV => HDMI => AV Receiver => HDMI TV.
ATV => HDMI => TV => HDMI ARC => AV Receiver.

both setup need to turn on the TV in order to make my AV system to play any sound.
is there any setting can let me just play music without turn on the TV?

or is there a TV setting, to not turn on the Display to save power, but other parts (HDMI) working?

I found my TV actually support turn off screen. but the feature hide very well that make sure 99% people can't find it.

My TV is LG C2
the feature of turn off screen is hide in (option => general => OLED care => device care => energy saving => (Finally screen off)

or you are forced to connect to internet for TV and use remote to talk to TV and let LG collect your voice and say screen off.

this is the best option for me, since I can keep TV as the Hub since, HDR need it.
